Custom building begins with listening to a client’s needs and vision, working within their budget, and paying close attention to details to create a finished product that is of high quality and lasting value. Effective communication at all levels is crucial in the building process and to the ultimate success of the project.
The process begins with an initial meeting to review the scope of work and discuss your vision, budgetary concerns, desired specifications, and tentative timing of the project.
After the initial meeting, and once plans are developed and specifications are created, we will provide a bid proposal detailing the scope of work. A second meeting will be arranged to review the proposal. Once the proposal is reviewed and accepted, a formal contract with specifications based on the building plans will be presented, and an agreement will be entered into.
Once construction begins, we will be in constant contact with you to discuss the project, daily progress, as well as critical points in which decisions need to be made for selections, to keep the project running smoothly. We work with you through the entire building process, ensuring that you have input every step of the way.
